SHIPPING:
- Need Priority Or Express Delivery? We got you covered. Just select your type of shipping at checkout and we will process your order that same day (if placed before 5:00 p.m. EST).
- You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders take 3-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered.
- We ship EVERYWHERE! All international shipping prices will be calculated at checkout according to your location.
- All orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be mailed out the day after processing.
** Please make sure that the shipping address you enter at the time of checkout is correct and safe. We are not responsible for any packages that lost or stolen.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address when placing your order. Please keep in mind that any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
DELAYS:
- If there is a delay on our end we will send you a notification alerting you of the reason.
- Please keep in mind that some delays may be due to weather and/or holidays. There can also be UPS/USPS delays that unfortunately we cannot control!
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
As mentioned above if the address you provided at the time of checkout is incorrect and/or the package is unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. This means that an additional flat rate of $6 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. If you happen to enter the incorrect address (we all make mistakes, simply send us a message within TWO hours of order placement to sales@shopelleandbee.com SUBJECT LINE: ADDRESS CHANGE ON ORDER PLACED to alert us of the error so that we may fix it on our end.) If we do not receive any message from you then we will assume that the address is correct and continue with the order processing.
