Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: OUR BOUTIQUE ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. AT THIS MOMENT WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORMS OF PAYMENT.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (14 days after purchase if in-store). No Exceptions!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags still on them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for an online purchase, you can contact us at returns@shopelleandbee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer return shipping labels. This will be something we offer as our business grows.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, hats, accessories, bodysuits, bralettes, and any reduced-price item on sale for 40% off or more or items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shoes
Shoes must be returned/exchanged in their original condition with their original shoebox. We will inspect all shoes to make sure they have not been worn. If they have been worn, we will not accept the return.
Exchanges
Our boutique does offer exchanges for the same item but in a different size! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at returns@shopelleandbee.com. Once we receive the original item, an exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address of the original order placed.
*** Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we no longer have the item and/or size in stock when we receive your return, we will have to process the return as a gift card.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive your store credit in an electronic gift card form sent to the email used in your original order.
